Taco Tuesday

Taco Tuesday was a flashback to my high school days when every Tuesday we had tacos or taco boats in the lunchroom. Okay, moving on from random flashbacks... this was our "family cook night." The kids seem to really enjoy taking charge of their specific tasks. And by the time we sit down to eat, each child has that look of pride about them, that feeling that they have accomplished something that will benefit the whole family - and it was a delicious benefit.
